Acupuncture

Acupuncture can be used to treat a wide variety of conditions. Most people are familiar with its use for relieving arthritis, or other musculoskeletal pain, but acupuncture can do much more! Since acupuncture helps to balance the body and ensure smooth energy or "chi" flow, it is very useful in treating such diverse conditions as dermatology disorders, anemia, internal organ dysfunction and cancer. Most pets tolerate acupuncture surprisingly well, often falling asleep during the procedure.

Tui Na

Tui Na is a form of medical massage often used with acupuncture. This can be particularly helpful since pet owners can be taught to perform it daily, thereby extending therapy beyond the veterinary visit, and increasing the human/animal bond which already exists.

Dr. Lee was examining my older female and found a lump in her nipple that was concerning. After surgery, it was proven that the lump was cancerous. I am really glad that I brought her in when I did and that Dr. Lee was thorough in her exam.
